  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after placing an order.
  • Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via trusted courier partners.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders as part of promotional offers.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
  • You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your shipment in real-time.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

  • In case of delays due to weather, courier issues, or natural calamities, we will keep you informed via email.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@kaagat.in.

7. Incorrect Address or Undelivered Orders

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
  • We may request photos to process claims or replacements.
